Possibly the trickiest part of being allergic to chemicals is that they can have aliases. This complicates the situation because not only are you scouring ingredient lists for one thing... you now have to look out for a bazillion other names.

When it comes to propylene glycol (one of my most annoying allergies), the struggle to avoid it seems never ending. Propylene glycol (also known as PG) can be found in almost every product category from beauty to food to cleaning products and car maintenance, just to name a few.
