RECIPE: Cranberry Sauce

Last week, when I made my Blackened Chicken recipe, I also made some homemade cranberry sauce. In my house, there is NO canned cranberry sauce allowed! It's so simple that you can barely even call this a recipe, but it's sooooo tasty and easy  that I had to share! Minimal ingredients are ideal for more than one reason: it's healthier, less likely to contain allergens and it's budget-friendly.

Check it out:

Remove the cranberries from the heat and cool them completely. I stuck mine in the freezer and stirred it every minute because I needed it to cool down fast.

And voila! You end up with an amazingly tasty treat :-) It's great for leftovers as well!
