Foods that contain Vitamin D

In my quest for understanding my Vitamin D Deficiency, I've found that the following foods contain Vitamin D:

 

  • Salmon (raw fish has more than cooked)
  • Tuna
  • Sole or Flounder
  • Fortified cereals
  • Oysters
  • Caviar (black and red)
  • Fortified soy milk and tofu
  • Milk
  • Ricotta cheese (other cheeses as well, but Ricotta has the most)
  • Eggs
  • Mushrooms (raw has more)
  • Pork
  • Beef Liver
  • Fortified orange juice
  • Yogurt
  • Oatmeal
  • Butter / Margarine
