Foods Which Contain Hydrogenated Oil

21989_r49869-1_V1 Last time I researched hydrogenated oil, or trans fats, (because of my gallate allergy), I found out exactly what hydrogenated oil is.

This time, I did a little research on the types of food products to look out for:

  • Anything fried
  • Whipped Toppings / Frosting
  • Pie Crusts
  • White Bread
  • Cereal
  • Coffee Creamers
  • Fast Food
  • Doughnuts
  • Peanut Butter
  • Margarine
  • Shortening
  • Cake Mix
  • Pancakes
  • Waffles
  • Ice Cream
  • Microwave Popcorn
  • Ground Beef
  • Cookies / Sweets
  • Biscuit Mixes
  • Crackers
  • Frozen Dinners
  • Asian Crunch Noodles
  • Chili
  • Packaged Pudding
  • Restaurant Food
  • Tortillas

And as a general rule, it's wise to read the label on EVERY processed, pre-packaged product you think about purchasing. Your body will thank you!
